Responsibilities:

Research & Familiarization: Review influencers' recent posts to grasp their content, style, and audience. Document key observations for future reference.

Authentic Interactions: Engage with influencers' content in meaningful ways, such as leaving specific comments and sharing their content with appropriate credit.

Holistic Engagement: Maintain a consistent interaction frequency across all platforms where the influencer is active.

Engage with Replies: Respond promptly to any interactions to deepen connections.

Tracking & Documentation: Utilize tools to record interactions, feedback, and any potential signals of openness to outreach. Adjust strategies based on responses.

Personalized Outreach: Craft tailored messages for influencers, referencing prior interactions, and extending offers like free gameplay.

Feedback & Collaboration: Following their experience with our game, solicit constructive feedback and explore collaboration opportunities.

Affiliation & Recognition: Introduce and manage the affiliate program for influencers, updating them regularly on performance metrics.

Continuous Updates & Involvement: Regularly update influencers about game enhancements or other pertinent news, fostering a deep collaborative bond.

Gratitude & Continuity: Express appreciation post-gameplay and maintain steady engagement.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or similar roles.

Familiarity with Christian influencers is a plus.

Proficiency in using influencer management tools and platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
